Last updated: May 2026. These terms govern your use of the ifcs.aero website and the Galley X platform operated by In Flight Catering Software TCI Ltd ("IFCS", "we", "us").
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing ifcs.aero or using Galley X, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
Galley X is a multi-tenant aviation catering and flight provisioning platform. Specific functionality, deployment terms, service levels, and pricing are governed by the master subscription agreement (MSA) and order forms between IFCS and each customer organization.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at privacy@ifcs.ca if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of Galley X, except as expressly permitted by law
- Use the service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or aviation safety requirement
- Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with platform integrity
- Use the service to send unsolicited communications
5. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data your organization processes in Galley X. We process that data as a processor under your instructions and the terms of the MSA and data processing agreement (DPA).
6. Intellectual property
IFCS retains all rights, title, and interest in Galley X, the ifcs.aero website, and all related software, documentation, trademarks, and content — except for the limited license granted to use the service per your MSA.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information using the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information, and not less than a reasonable standard of care.
8. Service levels and availability
Galley X targets 99.99% uptime as defined in the applicable order form. Planned maintenance windows and disaster-recovery procedures are described in the platform documentation and the MSA.
9. Warranties and disclaimers
Except as expressly set out in the MSA, the service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of or in connection with these terms.
11. Term and termination
Subscription terms, renewal mechanics, and termination rights are governed by the applicable MSA and order forms. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the International Centre for Alternative Conflict Resolution (ICACR / ICAC), with the seat of arbitration in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service and the legal landscape evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email to account administrators.
