Engineered for the realities of aviation catering.
InFlight Catering Software (IFCS) engineers Galley XAI — the aviation catering and flight provisioning platform built for airlines, in-flight caterers, and the operations teams that coordinate every meal, every cart, every flight.
Who we are
An aviation software company focused entirely on catering.
IFCS is an aviation software company focused entirely on catering and provisioning. We do one thing: build software that helps airlines and caterers plan, cost, produce, deliver, and reconcile every flight meal program with accuracy and compliance.
Operators including major scheduled carriers, regional airlines, business jet operators, and the catering kitchens that serve them rely on Galley XAI to coordinate galley planning, meal pre-orders, food production, inventory, invoicing, and food-safety compliance.
What we do
One modular platform for the full catering lifecycle.
Galley XAI is a modular platform spanning the full aviation catering lifecycle: galley planning and stow diagrams, in-flight meal pre-order management, food production and costing, ERP-grade resource planning, caterer invoicing reconciliation, compliance tracking, inventory management, cabin-crew briefing, and FSMA 204 / HACCP traceability.
Every module is engineered for the realities of flight operations — short turnarounds, regulatory inspections, multi-tenant catering, and audit-ready records.
Our story
From a single airline customer to a full platform.

The Galley Planner evolves across more than a decade of production use with airlines and caterers worldwide.
- 2025
Galley XAI platform launch
IFCS rolls out the cloud-native, serverless Galley XAI platform, beginning with the Galley Planning module deployed with Oman Air as the launch carrier.
- 2026
Full platform live

How we work
Built to the standards aviation actually requires.
We deploy as a multi-tenant SaaS on AWS with per-tenant data isolation, a 99.9% uptime target, multi-region disaster recovery, and SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, FSMA 204, and HACCP-aligned controls.
Our engineering team builds against the working practices of real catering kitchens and airline operations centers, not abstract requirements.
