What these terms cover

These terms govern your access to the IFCS Executive Briefing Room, operated by InFlight Catering Software ("IFCS"). Access is free of charge, for evaluating IFCS products and services for your organisation.

Confidentiality — the part that matters

The Briefing Room's contents — calculators, module detail, documents, and videos — are confidential.

Use them only to evaluate IFCS for your organisation. Share them within your organisation freely; don't share them outside it, and never with an IFCS competitor. Your access is personal — colleagues are welcome to request their own.

These obligations last three years after your access ends (longer only for genuine trade secrets), and don't apply to information that's already public or lawfully known to you.

Intellectual property

The materials — including the structure, methodology, and formulas of the ROI calculators — remain the property of IFCS. Results you generate with your own data are yours to use internally.

Estimates, not commitments

Calculator outputs are good-faith modelled projections based on your inputs and each calculator's stated assumptions. They are not a guarantee of savings, a quotation, or an offer.

Your data

Figures you enter are used to generate your results and help IFCS prepare relevant follow-up for your organisation. See the IFCS Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

Authority

By accepting these terms you confirm you're authorised to accept them for your employer or organisation. If that's ever not the case, you accept them personally and the confidentiality obligations still bind you as an individual.

Signed agreements win

If your organisation and IFCS have signed (or later sign) an NDA or evaluation agreement covering the same ground, that signed agreement controls over these terms.

Access

IFCS may suspend or end access at any time. Confidentiality, IP, and data terms survive. If these terms change, you'll be asked to review and accept the new version before continuing.
